The first item I received had visible manufacturing defects, so I requested a replacement and received it right away with no hassle.Unfortunately, the second one had similar issues (took pics of both). The plastic has crazing marks along the seams and other random splotches.Also, good luck trying to take it apart to clean or store. Once you clip the tail onto the main tray, it does NOT come back out. Since the plastic isn’t flexible, attempts to remove the tail only cause further crazing and permanent crunch marks.In the end, I decided to keep one anyway because I love how cute and unique it is. It’s a spoon rest, not fine china. If I’m doing things right, it will be holding saucy, greasy, utensils, and no one will notice or care.
